I moved to Wester Inch the week before lockdown began in March. Family friends recommended yourselves to me to register with but unfortunately I never managed to do so in time.
Are you able to register me please?
Since early March I have been experiencing pain in an upper rear tooth which has deteriorated during lockdown. I have been managing the pain to an extent with paracetamol but it’s just getting worse and I believe it probably needs extraction.
I understand your present situation and appreciate that you may have more pressing emergencies to deal with. I would be very happy to take an appointment further down the line.
    Hope you can help.
    Kind regards
